Provides statewide toll-free line to link pregnant women to obstetrical services. Tracking of positive pregnancy tests by community care providers to link patients to care; in the event this fails, follow-up is provided via phone and/or home visitation. All women are screened for risk conditions. If a woman is pregnant and has no means of paying for health care, initial prenatal visit, lab, etc. is defrayed by Title V. Patient is given information on how to access Medicaid, including the opportunity for submission of patient/self-completed Medicaid application. All pregnant women participating in government sponsored programs are eligible for educational activities designed to improve their health (i.e., childbirth education, smoking cessation, parenting, nutrition, etc.). Educational opportunities for direct service providers to participate in skill enhancement activities designed to improve the quality of prenatal health services statewide.

Hospice primarily serves the needs of the people who are terminally ill and their families. Hospice services are provided in the patient's home, however, also able to provide services in most long term care facilities and personal care homes. Provide physical, psychological, social and spiritual needs comfort during the dying process. Bereavement counseling available for up to one year past the death. Indigent program is available.
