It’s easy to start your WVCHIP application over the phone or to complete it online. You will need to share information on who is in your family and your family’s income.
The customer service representatives working for the WVCHIP toll-free helpline can also:
- Answer questions about the program
- Tell you what services are covered
- Explain about co-payments
Services covered through WVCHIP include medical office visits, hospitalization, urgent or after hours clinic visits, prescription drugs, immunizations, dental service, oral surgery, accident-related dental services, vision services, vision therapy, well-child care, mental health, and chemical dependency services.
If you would like to complete your application online, visit www.wvinroads.org. It takes approximately ten minutes to complete your application online, however you may save it and complete it at a later time if needed.
