Jan-Care Ambulance Service offers a full range of medical services ranging from the most advanced high-risk critical care emergency transport such as neonatal and ventilator patients as well as patients requiring cardiac surgical intervention, to emergency to non emergency service, including pre-scheduled admissions and discharges, emergency scene response, transportation to and from doctors' office and nursing homes as well as other treatment centers such as dialysis, radiation and physical therapy.

They provide transportation to various places including: dialysis, doctor's office, pharmacy, dentist, clinic, cancer centers and etc. They serve Kanawha, Boone, Fayette, Putnam and more. Must call for appointment. Hours of operation are 4am-5pm, Monday through Saturday. Wheelchair accessible vans are available.

MTA is the general public bus transportation serving Fayette, Nicholas, Greenbrier, and Webster Counties. Partial coordination with Kanawha Valley Regional Transportation Authority is available in the Montgomery area. Transportation is provided to Summersville, Fayetteville, Lewisburg, Marlinton, Webster Springs, and other communities. MTA will also provide service to Crossroads Mall in Raleigh County. MTA provides a route-deviated service as far as 3/4 of a mile off of the regular route for any passenger when requested in advance. Most buses are ADA Lift equipped. Non-medical transport only. Average fee is between $1.00 -$4.00.
